The apartment “le Terrazze” is a part of the house, it is furnished in a typical Tuscan style with terracotta tiles and wooden floors. The two-storied apartment has 100 sq m of living space and it fits up to 5/6 people in 3 bedrooms; one double with a balcony, the second double with an en suite bathroom and the third with a single bed and a sofa bed.

A big sitting room on the ground floor with a fireplace, here guests can have their meals.

Facilities: Sky satellite signal (German channels, 2 TV appliances), free WI-FI connection, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pellet heating.
Kitchen in the sitting room on the ground floor: it is equipped with 4 gas cookers, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, american coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Swimming pool: (private) 12x5 m big, open from the 18th of July 2015 to the 25th of September 2015. A tiles floor and the garden surround the swimming pool, it is equipped with beach chairs and 6 beach loungers and an outdoor shower.
Car Park: there is one inside the property
Lake: guests can practice sports fishing (catch+release fishing, ask and pay us directly)
Typical products : homemade products; order and pay for them on site. Guests can book a typical dinner, just ask us.
Agriturismo Le Terrazze is located in the hills of Civitella in val di Chiana Valley in Arezzo, Tuscany near Monte San Savino. It is entirely surrounded by the countryside and has a beautiful view over the near valley. We have 2 kinds of accommodation: an independent villa with private swimming pool and an apartment with a second private swimming pool. The Agriturismo has a perfect position to know Tuscany, to visit cities of arts like Florence and Siena, enjoy beautiful views over Chianti Valley and taste famous and very good local wines like Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano. Guests can visit medieval and historical cities like San Gimignano, Pienza where you can taste its famous cheese, Montepulciano, Montalcino and the ancient spa of Bagno Vignoni.
